The person who according to the billing authority’s records was the ratepayer in respect of the business property on the 11 March 2020.

  1. Commercial properties occupied for personal uses. Examples of wherethere may be personal use include private stables and loose
    boxes, beach huts and moorings.
  2. Car parks and parking spaces.
  3. Hereditaments with a rateable value of £51,000 or over.

For smaller businesses go to the Councils Website (Click here for links to your Council) and complete an online form, for larger businesses you will be issued with an updated rate bill.
