Last month, staff and clients of Accsys Accountants gathered for the launch of our new Goal Setter™ software.
The event, hosted at Unity Co-working, offered our clients a first-hand look at what the software is and its capabilities. The evening was filled with excitement and curiosity (as well as plenty of food and drinks!) as we discussed the reasons behind the development of the software and unveiled its features and benefits. Our aim was to show how Goal Setter™ can be an empowering tool for business owners keen on reaching new heights.
Always passionate about helping small businesses to grow and thrive, Accsys goes above and beyond traditional accountancy services and consistently looks for ways to make this possible for clients. Since the use of software has grown to such a level that we use it in our everyday lives in one way or another, it led Will to the idea of building a software and mobile phone app designed to help business owners easily set goals and keep track of their business’ progress.
Attendees learnt how Will’s idea was brought to fruition in collaboration with Jon Ford, who was also present at the event. Jon owns a software company and had previously designed youHQ, a well-being software suite for schools that helps track the welfare of students and allows them to set and track goals – it was the perfect platform for building our software and so Goal Setter™ was born!
Throughout the evening, our presentation showed all the features of the new software, and discussed how this can benefit your business, namely:

Check your progress at any time and highlight problem areas quickly, presented numerically or graphically

Access to tailored content, giving you helpful information in specific areas that will help you to grow

Keep all your financial documents in one place and easily accessible, all uploaded by us.
Importantly, we discussed the concept of ‘Vision’ – understanding what a vision is, why you should have one in your business and what happens if you don’t, is key. As well as having a questions and answer session on the concepts of Goal Setter™, attendees were given an opportunity to discuss potential visions for their business and given the tools to take away and start to create their own.
Goal Setter™ is now live, and ready to be enjoyed by all clients – and it is FREE to all clients of Accsys.
Those clients that attended the launch were given their log-in details, so that they could start their journey straight away. However, they are not on their own – we are on hand for any questions and help required as people navigate this new business tool. We are looking forward to receiving some valuable feedback from its first users, to allow us to continue to develop the software for the benefit of our clients and their businesses.
We really believe that this is platform will help clients to build better, more focused and organised businesses and become an invaluable companion in our client’s growth journeys.
