We recently helped streamline the accounting department for Karting Track, Buckmore Park Karting Limited, based in Chatham, Kent who needed to save time and take control of their business. They chose our Financial Controller Service which allowed us to get more involved with the business.
The department had grown over the years and had become inefficient with outdated processes. After an initial review, we converted them to Xero, went paperless and worked with them to get accurate management accounts.
Working with the MD, Leonora Surtees and her management team the changes we made were implemented quickly and efficiently.
The new processes, coupled with Xero saved the business 100’s of man hours and revolutionised their office from one that was full of paper to a modern clean operation.
Management accounts that used to take weeks to produce, with dubious accuracy, could now be produced in seconds.
We also delivered Xero Training to the management team and provided ongoing bookkeeping and financial support.
