Bespoke Xero Training & Conversion: Kings Hill, Kent – Kings Hill Management Limited

We recently supplied a bespoke Xero Conversion & Training Course for Lisa Box, a Director of Kings Hill Management Ltd, based in Kings Hill, Kent, who were looking for a modern, user-friendly solution for their accounting needs.

Lisa and her team were looking to convert 3 companies to Xero. Over the years various software was used for these companies and they were looking for a seamless transposon to one platform. It was important for Lisa that her team were fully trained as she has experienced many software changes that had little or no training/support.

Naturally, after finding Accsys Accountants on the internet and reading our reviews Lisa opted for us to complete this task. After an initial review of the packages used and some guidance from us to prepare the books ready for conversion, we undertook the transition for them.

Then it was time for the training. Lisa opted for a 2-day onsite training course where we were able to deep dive into every aspect of the new software. Lisa and the team were a pleasure to work with and they quickly mastered all aspects of the software.  Each course comes with 30 days of support so we are there to support the team if any problems arise.

I highly recommend using Will at Accsys. We are a new company taking over the management of 3 Estate Management companies which were on two different accounting systems. I wanted to move to Xero and as Accsys are a gold partner of Xero, I contacted them to assist with the transition. I have not been disappointed. Will has supported me and my team all the way through from implementation to training and troubleshooting.
