The point is, we are at a point in time where software connects and is automating processes. Xero is a bookkeeping package but it plays nice with over 500 pieces of software that will enable you to automate.
Imagine a scenario where a customer comes to your online shop and buys a product. This transactions is pushed into two systems unleashed, which deals with your inventory management, and Xero who deals with your bookkeeping.
When the customer pays, the bank transaction is posted into Xero and is automatically matched by the software, your only interaction with the transaction is to reconcile the bank.
